The Board
The Board consists of a heterogeneous group of lay and scientific members with nearly a century of collective IRB experience who meet the requirements of the federal regulations for IRB membership. Board candidates complete a formal mentoring program before consideration for membership. Board members are provided with ongoing education and are required to complete six (6) hours of continuing education in human subject protection annually.
There are three (3) Board meetings each week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. The Board may not meet on a particular day due to a holiday or an unforeseen conflict. To verify meeting dates, please check our Meeting Calendar or call Schulman at 513.761.4100.
