How to Submit

You may submit your protocol,   Sponsor/CRO New Study Submission Form, and any other related forms to the Submission Team via E-mail or using our Secure Electronic Submission. If a signature is required, you must scan the signature page of the document into PDF format before submitting it electronically. If you are unable to scan the signature page of the document into PDF format, you may fax it to Schulman. All of the forms are available in both PDF and Word format.
