In addition to Schulman’s mission of protecting the rights and welfare of research participants, we are also committed to improving the wellbeing of our colleagues and neighbors.
For our partners in the research industry, we offer a variety of training options for any need. Our free webinars offer expert content on a variety of IRB-related topics, and custom training sessions can be tailored to meet client needs.
Schulman staff helped to found the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of ACRP, and we co-host annual human subject protection conferences that provide the clinical research community with unique opportunities for educational development and discourse. We’re also regular supporters of industry conferences such as MAGI, PRIM&R, DIA, ACRP, AAHRPP and many others.
Schulman takes pride in providing our employees with the best benefits possible and has an Open Door policy for communication with senior management. Our employees are what make our organization great, and we value their many contributions. This dedication to workplace excellence led to our being honored as a finalist in the Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work Awards.
Schulman SERVICE Program
Our staff feels strongly about supporting the communities we live and work in. Schulman provides each staff member paid time off in support of volunteer activities: in 2014, our staff donated over 300 hours to charitable causes. We’re also committed to reducing our ecological footprint and plan to be completely paperless by 2016.
We’re all on the same team.
