Study Status Reporting: Interim

SponsorsThe Board may require study status reporting more often than annually for a particular study or site.

This requirement will be outlined in our approval and reapproval letters. Use the Study Status Report to submit this information, and indicate Interim Report as report type.

Incomplete or inaccurate forms may delay processing. Include a subject-signed and dated copy of the most recent version of the informed consent with your study status report, as well as any addendum consents and sub-study consents. Only one example of each consent is necessary. Schulman will not issue a letter of review for Interim study status reports.
