How to Submit

You may submit your  Research Site Submission Form to the Submission Team via E-mail or using our Secure Electronic Submission. If a signature is required, you must scan the signature page of the document into PDF format before submitting it electronically. If you are unable to scan the signature page of the document into PDF format, you may fax it to Schulman.

After review of an additional site submission, Schulman will notify the submitting party of additional information required for review or issue an approval letter. Approval will last for one year unless a shorter period is noted; an "Expiration Date" will be noted in the approval letter. The Schulman approved informed consent document(s) will be sent with the study approval letter.
