You must receive approval or acknowledgement of all Recruitment/Study Related
Materials prior to using the materials. Recruitment/Study Related Materials can
be submitted to the Recruitment Team via
E-mail or by using our
Secure Electronic
Submission. Materials can also be submitted by facsimile to
866-657-7916. These items must be accompanied by the
Recruitment Material(s) Submission Form or
Study Related Material(s) Submission Form. Recruitment materials
include, but are not limited to: media advertisements, subject letters, web
sites,
Scripts For Phone Screens, newsletters, prescreening questionnaires,
pre-screening consent documents, and Doctor to Doctor Letters. Study Related
Materials include, but are not limited to: diaries, subject instructions, and
questionnaires.
The standard turn-around time is two to three (2-3) business days. Please note that Recruitment and/or Study Related Material submissions received after 3:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Schulman will approve, acknowledge, or request changes to the submitted materials. Revisions must be resubmitted within three (3) weeks. The first page of each items submitted will be stamped according to the reviewer's decision, and returned to the site, sponsor and/or CRO/SMO based on the contact information provided with the initial study submission. In order to obtain a hard copy of the material, the submitting party must provide duplicate copies of the requested material along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. If using a video or radio advertisement, you must first submit the written script and, if approved, you may then submit the finished videotape or audio for final approval prior to its use.
